Hotel Policies & Procedures
Welcome to JS Hotel Suite. We are committed to ensuring a comfortable and secure stay for all our guests. Please review our policies below:
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in time: 2:00 PM
- Check-out time: 12:00 PM
- Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Reservation & Payment
- All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
- Payment can be made online or upon arrival (subject to the selected rate plan).
- Rates include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Guest Identification
- Valid photo identification is required at check-in for all guests.
Extra Beds
- Extra beds and child beds are available upon request for an additional fee.
No-Smoking Policy
- Smoking is not permitted inside rooms. Designated smoking areas are available.
- Violation of this policy may result in a cleaning fee.
Cancellation Policy
- Standard Reservations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the check-in date.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a charge equal to the first night’s stay.
- No-Show: Guests who do not arrive without prior notice will be charged for the full first night.
Refund Policy
- Eligible refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
- Non-refundable bookings and promotional rates are not eligible for a refund.
- Refunds for cancellations or early check-outs due to emergencies or force majeure will be reviewed case-by-case at the discretion of hotel management.
